What do you receive with the membership deal?

•  Resident 2014 Equity Memberships otherwise known as the 214 membership includes a $20,000 fee paid upon joining and 14 months of dues credit for $400 a month.

•  Non-resident equity memberships are a $20.000 initiation fee paid pon joining and 14 months of dues credit of $200 a month.

2014 Non-Equity Memberships include:

•  Second club membership: The member is full and in good standing in certain local private clubs, individuals can become members of the Farms San Diego Country Clubs as their second club for the price of $925 a month. There is of course a non-transferrable initiation fee of $15,000.

•  Preview Memberships-These are one year only and are priced at full dues of $20,000 intuition fees if they convert to equity memberships after one year. Members at this level CANNOT COMPETE IN MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIPS.
